Repair and Return Policy

We thank you for shopping Lantinga Vita and we understand your prerogative to change your mind about your purchase. Should you decide that the item you purchased is not quite right for you, you may return it for a refund within 30 calendar days from the day you received it.

Certain refund conditions apply:

• Only unused returned items are eligible for a refund
• Your item must be returned in its original packaging
• You must include your proof of purchase with your return

When we receive your return, you shall obtain a notification with a pending refund status. Upon inspection of the returned item, we shall notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be initiated to the original method of payment within 10 business days of the notification of approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Approved refunds will be for the cost of the item only.
